Bay Dynamics, Inc. (hereafter "we" or "us") has developed this Privacy Policy ("Policy") as part of our
ongoing efforts to protect the privacy of our users (hereinafter "you" or "your"). Bay Dynamics owns and
operates the Website under the domain Touchcloset.com (the "Website") as well as an application for the
iPhone(tm) of the same name (collectively "Touchcloset"). Use of Touchcloset constitutes your acceptance
of the practices contained herein and your agreement to be bound thereby.
Customer Information and TouchCloset.com
In order to improve the Touchcloset user experience, we gather certain types of information such as log-in names,
email addresses and passwords. When we correspond with you, or if others send us correspondence about your use,
we may collect and retain such information. In addition, Touchcloset may collect information that is not associated
with your identity, but is nevertheless provided in the course of communications between us. This information
consists of the following:

TouchCloset.com use of Customer Information

Bay Dynamics reserves the right to amend alter or change the provisions hereof, with or without notice, without
cause, or liability. User is responsible for reviewing this Privacy Policy periodically to be notified of any
changes or terms, and continued uses constitutes assent to any revisions.
